Established in 2010, Chinh Vuong manufactures and exports different kinds of garments and fashion accessories. OEM service is provided. Seventy percent of overseas shipments are sent to Canada and the US. The EU is the secondary market. Within the region, some key destinations are the UK, Switzerland, and Italy.
Fashion accessories include caps, handbags, backpacks, and wallets, of which caps take up 70 percent. In addition, we produces various garments such as T-shirts, jackets, and office uniforms. A low-end 58cm cap with no decorative patterns, velcro adjuster, made of acrylic is priced at $0.5. A cap of same size featuring embroidered or printed embellishments and satin lining are available for $5. A 18 x 10cm female wallet made of high-class cow leather is offered for $22.
Materials used are canvas, twill cotton, acrylic, felt, leather and synthetic leather, polyester of various thickness. High quality materials are sourced from local suppliers but have foreign origins. For items featuring wood, the buyers will provide the materials.
We locate our 200m2 workshop in Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh and equip it with 20 sewing machines bought from local merchants. The total capacity is about 5,000 pieces of headwear items or backpacks. For non-woven fabric drawstring bags, the workshop can complete an order of 20,000 pieces within a month. We have 20 full-time workers. In high season of July to December, the company subcontracts several orders to other production facilities in Ho Chi Minh. Five to six people are assigned to inspect all items on size and sewing performance.
